Tourism
A visitor center that goes where people gather.
A custom mobile visitor center trailer designed to bring Jacksonville’s destinations, experiences and local knowledge to events.
Visit Jacksonville wanted a welcoming way to meet visitors beyond a permanent information desk. The brief called for a mobile space that could carry destination information, display promotional materials and open into an inviting point of contact.
The Hudson Trailer Company developed a custom visitor center trailer around that experience, combining display space, organized storage and solar-supported battery power.

Open up and connect
A large upward-opening hatch creates a shaded service opening, while a slide-out wood display counter brings brochures and giveaway items toward visitors.
The Hudson Trailer Company worked with Visit Jacksonville on the counter height, opening placement and interior layout. The design also reserved exterior space for a branded photo opportunity, making the trailer part of the attraction.

Built around an event day
Storage cabinetry keeps supplies organized, while a front storage bench houses the solar batteries. Additional battery capacity replaced the proposed generator, supporting the team’s preference for a setup without daily generator use.
The result brings information, display and brand presence together in one mobile visitor center.
