Financing

Financing your build.

Starting prices and average prices for every model are listed on the site. Use them as your guide for funding. For a custom model, inquire and we'll send you rough pricing to take to financing.

Our financing partner

We work with Ascentium Capital, and an application started from our link is tied to your build with The Hudson Trailer Company. Financing can cover the trailer and its equipment: espresso machines, refrigeration, point-of-sale, kegerators, branding and interior upgrades.

What you can finance

  • Coffee trailers: the trailer and its equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration and point-of-sale.
  • Mobile bar trailers: the trailer, kegerators and draft systems, branding and interior upgrades.
  • Food trucks and step vans: new or vintage, including ice cream trucks.
  • Airstreams, horse trailer conversions and custom builds for your business.

How it fits our process

  1. Use our listed prices. Starting and average prices for every model are in our cost guide; use them as your guide for funding. For a custom model, inquire and we’ll send you rough pricing to take to financing.
  2. Apply. Apply with Ascentium Capital or the lender of your choice.
  3. Contract. We prepare a contract listing every piece of equipment and design element for your lender. Just like an auto loan, we issue a certificate of authority and list your lender as lienholder.
  4. Reserve your build date. Your contract will state your payment terms, and your 50% deposit secures your construction date.

Other ways to fund a build

Traditional bank loans offer competitive rates and flexible terms, but usually need strong credit, a detailed business plan and collateral.

Specialized food trailer loans can have more lenient requirements, and lenders often add budgeting and planning support.

Peer-to-peer lending connects you directly with individual investors and can be more flexible on credit.

Crowdfunding on platforms like Kickstarter or GoFundMe works well for a compelling concept, with rewards like free meals or launch events.
