Your menu. Your style. Your next big move.

Give your food business a home customers will remember. From fully equipped food trucks to distinctive vintage vehicles and custom concession trailers, The Hudson Trailer Company builds spaces that bring your concept to life.

We plan around what you serve, how your team works and the experience you want customers to have—then build it in our Jacksonville, Florida shop for delivery nationwide.

Find the right fit for your food business.

Your menu is the starting point. Your equipment, service volume, location and style help determine what we build around it.

Starting prices are for base builds, before equipment and design. Your proposal defines the complete scope and price.

Food truck or food trailer? Start with how you’ll operate.

Choose a food truck if driving between locations is central to your business. The vehicle and workspace travel together, making it a convenient option for a changing route or event schedule.

Choose a food trailer if you want a separate serving space you can unhitch at your location. You’ll need a suitable tow vehicle, but you can leave the trailer in place while using that vehicle elsewhere.

The best choice also depends on your menu. Cooking equipment, refrigeration, preparation space and ventilation all affect the size and layout you need.

The Hudson Trailer Company can help you compare options before you commit to a vehicle or trailer.

A kitchen that works the way you do.

A good-looking exterior gets attention. A thoughtful interior helps you serve the customers it brings.

We plan equipment placement, counters, storage and service access around your menu and workflow. Plumbing, electrical and ventilation requirements are considered alongside the layout, so the space is designed as a working business from the beginning.

Share the requirements from your local reviewing authority. We can supply CAD drawings and equipment specifications to support your plan review.
