It depends on your equipment, the volume you plan to sell and the size you need. Our 14-foot trailers start at $46,000 and the 17-foot at $48,000, before equipment and design. A custom project starts at its platform price — from $35,000 for a small horse trailer to $150,000 for an Airstream. Custom projects begin with a research and development deposit based on scope. Reach out for a quote. For a custom project you can place a research and development deposit. We meet with you to go through your menu and your health department's regulations, then send your contract listing every piece of equipment and design element — which is what a lender needs. To start your project it's 50% down.

Trailers take 16 to 20 weeks. Airstreams take 4 to 6 months. Step vans take 4 to 6 months, since we also upgrade the van to modern mechanicals. Shipping container projects take 12 to 20 weeks.

Reach out to us for a timeline. Construction slots are reserved on a first-come basis, so reserve early so you have plenty of time to practice with your new business before your official launch.

If you have a vintage Airstream or rare vintage trailer, we'll quote its transformation. We don't repurpose older small trailers: their axles usually aren't rated for heavy equipment and their framing won't support most mobile businesses.

Usually not. Repurposing an old trailer means gutting and rebuilding electrical, plumbing and framing. A new custom trailer has the right structure and a heavy-duty axle, and it's built once, the right way.

Yes. Our Custom Studio creates one-of-a-kind builds. It starts with a research and development deposit that's deducted from your contract when you reserve.

Many cities require a commissary or licensed prep location for mobile food and drink, for water, waste, storage and sometimes dishwashing. Requirements vary by county. One of the items you can purchase is CAD drawings to submit to your local health department for pre-approval. We size your tanks, sinks, power and plumbing to match.
