A classic Subaru Sambar, custom-built for espresso, cold brew and gelato in Prescott, Arizona.
Michele Tryon came to The Hudson Trailer Company with an idea that went beyond a coffee truck: a compact mobile café serving espresso drinks, cold brew on tap and gelato for floats and affogatos. She wanted vintage character, with enough room to bring the menu together.
The starting point was a classic Subaru Sambar. Its distinctive cab and small proportions gave Connect Coffee Co. the personality Michele wanted, while a custom-fabricated service body created space for the café equipment.

A café built around the operator
In a small coffee truck, every placement matters. The Hudson Trailer Company worked with Michele on the position of the espresso machine, refrigeration, gelato equipment and sinks, considering reach, service flow and weight distribution together.
Upward-opening service doors provide access to the workspace without swinging into the operator’s path. The layout brings coffee preparation and cold beverage service into a compact footprint, with equipment selected around Michele’s menu.

Vintage character, unmistakably Connect
A two-tone white-and-gray finish follows the truck’s body lines, creating a clean backdrop for Connect Coffee Co.’s branding. The finished micro truck brings the feel of a neighborhood café to markets, weddings and private events, with a menu that carries it from morning espresso to afternoon gelato.
